Please make sure that you wear the headphone properly and making sure that the earcups are covering your ears. You can try and adjust the headband of the XM4 to avoid sound leakage. Not completely satisfied with audio call quality when compared to the equivalent bose headphones. But it does it better than the XM3s. Audio calls-> 4.5/5 And they're very comfortable.
