Although the noise canceling is superb, I've had issues with the reception cutting out intermittently. I don't know whether that is a blue tooth problem, but it's frustrating when listening to music, and I wouldn't recommend it t for phone calls or Zoom meetings. I have a less expensive model (WH-CH700N) which more than meets my needs. Fortunately, I bought it on sale so I can live with my mistake. But, buyer beware, assess your needs carefully, and make a more informed purchase.

We're glad that you like the noise canceling function of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you are experiencing connectivity issues. Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. These steps may help you resolve the issue:
-Using the Sony Headphones Connect app, set the headset to “Priority on stable connection” mode.
-Remove any obstacles between the antenna of the connecting Bluetooth device and the built-in antenna of the headset.
-Bluetooth communications may be disabled, or noise or audio dropout may occur under the following conditions:
a. When there is a human body between the headset and the Bluetooth device. In this case, put the Bluetooth device in the same direction as the antenna of the headset to improve the Bluetooth communications.
b. There is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
c. In places with wireless LAN, where a microwave oven is used, electromagnetic waves are generated, etc.
-Connect the headset and the Bluetooth device once again.
