So when a call comes in, your headphones know which device is ringing and connect to the right one automatically. We are thrilled to hear you are satisfied with the outstanding sound quality of our XM4 and the ease of use of our Sony Headphones Connect app. We are sorry if you feel a little uncomfortable when wearing the unit. These headphones have a self-adjusting headband and soft cushioned earcups that cover the whole ear. You may try adjusting the headband slider- this will help give you more personalized comfort.
