Great sound cancelling, terrible beat buy warranty

Had the warranty with beat buy that was $90 on a $350 headphone set. They would swap it out but wanted another $90 for a new warranty. What a bad warranty, makes me not want to shop at beat buy anymore, certainly won’t be using their warranty. They know it’s junk and price accordingly. Had to purchase their with the money I got back but will avoid after that

Constantly Disconnecting, did all the updates and resets. Still Liddell not work. Took em back and got these. There is simply no comparison. The sound is tremendous, set up is a breeze and never disconnects! Duh…

Average Headphones for the Price

The noise canceling is amazing don’t get me wrong, however; it’s not out of this world. I also found these headphones lacking bass. Overall, I don’t think it’s a major upgrade from the previous WH-1000XM3’s, unless you really need and love the extra new features I don’t see a necessary reason to upgrade. Older headphones like Bose QC35 ll and XM3’s do the job merely the same and they are cheaper.

Excellent sound quality and noise cancelling

Previously I had a pair of Sony MDR-XB950B1. There is really no comparing the XM4's to them. The only thing that was "better" with the 950's was the bass. But that was only if you were a fan of really fake "boomy" bass. Highly recommend these headphones.

The audio upscaling is nice but overall volume was way too low even after extensive EQ adjustments. No way these are worth $300! My pair of $80 700Ns are better so I sent these back the same day they arrived

Good but scary

Everything is perfect. But these are not good for me. After two hours of constant use I got worst headache of my life. I think main reason is headphones applies pressure to ears a lot. In my opinion Sony needs to test them. May be these headphone can cause deafness.
