Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience using your WH-1000XM4 headphones. It's unfortunate you've been running into difficulty. In order to save the battery, the headset will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of not being worn. By using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you can change the settings of the wearing detection automatic music playback pause and resume function and the wearing detection automatic power off function (the battery saving function).

Pretty upset

The noise canceling was awesome. The sound was awesome. Just about every feature was great. Then in March, a mere 8 or so months later, they stopped charging. I tried looking up a fix to this issue and it seems that this is a pretty common occurance. Not what I expected out of a $300 pair of headphones. I'm pretty upset as I likely now have to send them in to be repaired.

Though, after one year, there was a high-pitched noise coming from the right ear side. I did use it A LOT and in hot weather, so there is a bit of a sweatiness issue.

Good for some, fitment may be issue

Unfortunate, so I had to return them. Issue is the pain they cause on the top of my head no matter how loose I made the band. I would have to constantly adjust the placement of the top band and it lead to not enjoying my experience.
