Every time you have disconnect form device#1 and then connect to device #2. It doesn't switch between device 1 to 2 automaically. I still love my Bose QC series better than this.

He had tried the higher price Bluetooth ones and we both found them too challenging for 80 year old people! He is very happy with this model and the ease of setting them up to use!

Sound quality and noise cancellation are unmatched. The only downside is that the app is a little complex in the beginning to learn but overall nice.

Really allows you to enjoy everyday music because of the Hifi-Res! Only think I didn't like that much is the quality of the materials used to make the headphones. I feel that it is easy to break! Also had an issue with noise canceling 8 months in.
