QA issues but great product

Decent rating because these are my 3rd pair. I had to return 2 of them because of a quality control issue. They had a slight static sound in one of the cups.

Personally got a senheiser hd 560s, a mini amp dac, and a less expensive Bluetooth headphone with pretty close to the same sound as the Sony all for the same price.

Our WH-1000XM4 has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience.
Note: If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.

Great headphones, maybe buy the extended warranty

Apparently the ANC mic's inside the earcups can malfunction (some people say that earwax gets in them) mine did not have anything on them when I took it apart. The only problem is that when these malfunction, there is a super loud noise emitted from the speakers which kinda hurts if the headphones happen to be on your head. Only fix is to send into Sony for a fix. Bummer

Didn't last long enough.

Comfortable, great custamizable sound. Shortly after the 2 year warranty ended (extra year from BB), the noise cancelling no longer works. Sounds like an ocean in the left ear. They still work if I use Ambient sound off, but I really liked the noise cancelling feature.

If factory reset does not work, update the software of your headphones using Sony Headphones Connect. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.
