Wired connection is garbage.

The Aux cable that it comes with didn’t work fresh out of the box. So I had a 350$ paper weight for my trip. When using the wireless connection and the noise canceling is excellent though. Will be returning to Best Buy to exchange as soon as I get home.

We're glad that you like the wireless connection and noise canceling function of the headphones. It's unfortunate that the supplied headphone cable is not working. This isn't normally the case with the WH1000XM4. Make sure that the cable is connected properly and is secured. Try multiple devices as well. If still not resolved, service may be required. This isnt good for the gym even with the noise cancelling function the bass is so low so you can hear the music that the gym is playing. Also, it turns off randomly not sure if its trying to conserve power but i turned off everything in the app and it still does it. Most annoying thing ever is enjoying a song and the headphones turn off.

Superb sound quality and ANC
