Your feedback about the multipoint function is greatly appreciated. When using a multipoint connection, if you play music on the second device while still playing music on the first device, the music from the first device will continue to be heard. Stop the music on the first device so you can listen to music from the second device through the headphones. We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you are not having a complete experience because of the battery life.

The usage time varies depending on the setting or how they are used. To conserve battery life, turn off the DSEE HX Auto or Equalizer setting on the Sony | Headphones Connect app. Note: The available battery life significantly decreases when these settings are used at the same time.

You can also check the Automatic Power Off function of the headphones. This function turns off the headphones depending on your needs. For more information, please refer to this link:
