    The product is good but worth the premium price. The multiple connect devices feature is good if you are switching between 2 phones, but if you are switching between a laptop, ipad or phone then it doesn’t work. You either have to turn off the headphones or turn off the bluetooth of the device. Also, the material quality is not that good as you may hear creaking sounds when you’ll wear it in the wind. If you are looking these to use them in the gym then I won’t recommend this because they will fall while you do weight training exercises. Airpods pro offer better value than this and are also cheaper. There isn’t much difference in the audio quality. Also, they claim 30 hours battery life. I used these for 25 minutes and the battery went from 100 to 35%.

      Multipoint connection works with only two devices at a time. A third device can be connected through Bluetooth, however, the Bluetooth connection with the last device that played music will stay connected and the second device will be disconnected in order for the third device to establish the Bluetooth connection with the headphones.

      To prevent the unit from falling, adjusting the headband and the earpads properly can help for a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience. These headphones also are not designed for sports.

    Popping noise using Noise Cancellation

    Everyone be careful when buying these headphones. They are for the most part good, there is a big issue that appears for a lot of users. When the noise cancellation is turned on the headphones will start making popping noises that get annoying. It’s a very widespread problem that many buyers report. Wish I would have known that before buying.

For optimum performance, it is recommended to install the latest software version of the headphones. When using a video calling application on a computer, switch the Bluetooth connection to HFP or HSP with the computer. During a video call, sound quality may become low due to the conditions of the communication line. You can also check the settings of the app that you are using for mic sensitivity if available.

    Read a lot of great reviews about these headphones but was overall disappointed by the audio quality and the noise cancellation. It works very well but if you walk into another room it takes a moment for the sound to cancel out. I opted to return these and get the AirPods Max instead and am much happier with those.

    Great features and Anc. However, the sound and audio quality is a little too muffled compared to the Sennheiser Momentum series. However, best features in wireless headphones you can get

Please allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. If you haven't tried yet, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to isolate the problem:

      • Make sure that the noise cancelling function is turned on.
      • Adjust the headset into a comfortable position.
      • The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
      • When the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app is turned on, the wearer's actions, like walking or running, are detected. The noise canceling function is automatically adjusted and the Ambient Sound Mode may be activated according to these actions. To make the most of the noise canceling function, turn off the Adaptive Sound Control, and try to turn on the noise canceling function manually when you need it.
      • With the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, check the setting of [Ambient Sound Control]. If it is set to [Ambient Sound], the effect of noise canceling is reduced. Set it to the noise canceling mode.
      • Check with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app whether the function of the NC/AMB button is set to [Ambient Sound Control].

However, the maximum communication range will vary depending on obstacles (person, metal, wall, etc.) or electromagnetic environment.     Best for Music worst for Mic call

    The headphone is fantastic if you are a music lover. However if you are using the headset microphone, this unit is not a best choice. This headset microphone sucks. I tried attending my zoom calls and every single call, other party keep blaming voice breaking and not hearing my sound at all.
