    Great headphones if not connected to a Samsung TV.

    These are great headphones unless you use them with a Samsung TV. They work great with most items, but they are unpredicable when connected to a Samsung TV. Sometimes they work, sometimes the sound cuts in and out.

We have firmware update for these headphones that improves their performance. You can also connect several different headphones or Bluetooth devices with your TV to further isolate the issue and to see if the main issue is with the TV or headphones.

    The noise-canceling feature is really amazing. Doesn't cause ear fatigue. The earpieces will break one after the other. I reached out to Sony before the warranty was up and they denied coverage. I paid $173 to fix the broken piece and now I will throw them out as the other side has now broke. I wont be buying another Sony product.

    Do Not Get This!!!

    Against my better judgment, I purchased these headphones for my daughter for her birthday in July. I bought a set for myself previously, and they failed to charge. I got another headset, it also failed... Charging is an issue with these headsets... 1st pair, charging port failed, 2nd pair, will charge, but powers off and on within seconds and won't connect to my android after 2 weeks. My daughters headset, will no longer charge at all. I use multiple headsets, including Beats studio 3s, Sennheiser, and cheap Amazon offerings (they all still work) and have no charging issues. DO NOT GET THESE... How in the world 3 of these sets fail? I use their charging cable, have not had issues with any of my other headsets but these are no good. AVOID!!

In the meantime, please make sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable and check that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the headset and the USB AC adaptor or computer. Also, make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet. If you are using a computer to charge the headphones, check that the computer is turned on. Wake the computer up if the computer is in standby (sleep) or hibernation mode. When using Windows 8.1, update using Windows Update. Restart your computer, and check whether the situation has improved. You may also try resetting the headphones and check if the issue still occurs.     Not the right fit for me

    Bought because I wanted noise cancelling headphones that wouldn't irritate my head or ears. I've had problems with fit issues with other brands and these seemed to fix the issue... at least at first. Headphones seemed to put a lot of pressure on side of head if wearing for over an hour, so I returned them.

    Not satisfied with overall sound..

    I bought these's to compare to my Sony WH-XB900N and the WH1000 were very disappointing for several reasons...the over sound is better on my Sonys 900N..plus i had to turn the volume up louder on the WH1000 just to be satisfied with the music i was listening to and thats even with adjusting the EQ.. finally theres a setting with the X WH1000 in the Sony app called " pressurizing" and can't disable so I felt there was pressure in my ears and would make feel i couldn't hear properly... Finally i'm not a fan of the Noise canceling technology on any headphones but at least the Sonys 900N allow me to disable that feature and enable the ambient mode so it doesn't feel like i have pressure in my ears... So I recommend the Sony WH1000XM4
