Incredible sound for the price! I contemplated getting the AirPods Max but this has just as good sound if not better, good battery life, and much lighter while wearing. Only thing I wish it had was easier connection and device switching that you get with Apple headphones.

Oh man… I have been on the hunt for headphones that check off all the boxes. I guess I have a pea head because they fit well and the Bose fall off when I was working out. It is on the higer end price wise but the quality makes up for it. Let’s start with if you remove them they pause your music! And if you need to have a quick convo you can just put your hand over the headphone and boom it lowers the volume and turns of noise cancellation. Ok but can we also talk about the touch up down & skip? They are ahead of their time for headphones. I do wish they were more comparable with apple (Bose is legit meant for apple) but I can deal with having a few apps on my phone. These are my go to for everything. I can shut out the world and live in my own for a minute.

I have a pair of WH1000XM3's, I love them and when I needed an extra pair of headphones it was a "no brainer" for me. Great sound quality, great build, and easy to connect. After all it is a Sony.

I had been an ear bud user for years, but decided to make the switch to over the ear headphones. There's so many options so I've been going back and forth between the XM4, XM5, and Airpod Max. Finally settled on the XM4! I really like it for the folding mechanism and how compact/easy to carry while traveling! The audio is super nice! I'm sandwiched between noisy upstairs and downstairs neighbors, so I can barely hear them with the headphones on. It's also comfortable around my ears/head. I don't feel too much pressure or get headaches when I have them on for an extended period. Overall, a great pair of headphones! Happy to have snagged this on sale too!

OH MY GOD. The music sounds soooo amazing. Listening to Washed Out makes me feel like I'm gravitating lol. These headphones are great. The main reason I bought these headphones is so I can connect to two devices. Connecting to 2 devices are a blessing because I'm on my laptop and phone all day and switching between the two without disconnecting on either is awesome. On my galaxy buds, I don't have to disconnect but I have to click on the Bluetooth on both devices to switch. With these, I don't have to. I'm using the free trial on Tidal and I listened to music with the 360 spatial audio. It sounded ok, but it's not that special to me. I still download my music (not tedious at all lol) so I will continue to use the app my music on and use Tidal until the trial runs out. The Tidal HIFI music doesn't have enough bass for me tbh. The touch controls are great. My only complaint is that I wish they were on both the left and right side. Maybe I just got spoiled with my Galaxy Buds or something, but for now just having touch controls on one side is kinda annoying. Long story short, these headphones are AMAZING and I'm glad I bought these while they were on sale.

Tried on many OTE headphones and these were the most comfortable. When they went on sale I pulled the trigger and got them. Sound quality and battery life is fantastic.

Loving the sound of these! The fit is super comfortable, and don’t make my ears sweat like some other over the hear headphones. The touch and voice-activated operations seem a bit overly sensitive, but I just turned them off through the app until I can figure them out. And love that they came with a great case for travel and protection. Really enjoying them so far!

I love these! They are so comfy, lightweight, good Bluetooth connection, and great sound. The noise canceling and ambient sound control are great features. I’m no expert in headphones, but these work just fine for what I need!

After a lot of research, I decided to buy these Sony's. They are probably the best headset I've ever had and I couldn't be happier! The sound is amazing and they are super comfortable. I wear them while I'm working at my desk as well as my nightly jogs, and they're perfect. Also, they're super easy to clean and fold back up into their carrying case for storing or traveling. I am so happy with this purchase!

The sound quality and noise-cancelling are fantastic. These are also so comfortable that sometimes I fall asleep with them on while listening to music, meditation, or audiobooks at night when I am having trouble sleeping. But, I mostly use these whenever I fly to calm my nerves. The ONLY 2 negatives of these are: 1. You can't charge them and use them at the same time. (But, if you charge them prior to using, they can be used for several hours.) 2. When you connect to multiple devices (I think two devices is the max) there are a lot of "connected/disconnected" messages. So, it's best to just connect to one device at a time.

These headphones are kinda insane. The noise canceling is so amazing you can’t hear a single thing once you have them on. They’re comfortable and light weight. Plus the battery last a very long time. I definitely would give this a 5/5 score.

Happy owner of the WH-1000XM3 (and the WF-1000XM3 Earbuds). Best wireless headphones I have ever owned. I am sensitive to the "pressure" effect that some noise cancelling headphones can create - not a problem with the XMx's - and the sound is great! My Son hijacked my XM3s, so for MY birthday I bought HIM the XM4s, so I could have mine back - opting to keep the XM3s for myself due to the slightly longer reported battery life (I frequently travel internationally, and nothing sucks more than your headphones running out of charge mid flight!). My Son indicated equivalence of the XM3 & XM4 in most every way, with the XM4 seeing improvements in spatial imaging and bandwidth separation. He is also a fan of the sensors inside the ear cups that detect if you are wearing them or not, to extend battery life. Though I never experience any issues with the Bluetooth 4 in the XM3s, the XM4s are Bluetooth 5. Newer = better, right? (Side note - I had an issue with my WF-1000XM3 earbuds. Called Sony and they had me ship them back to them. 3 days later I had a brand new pair. Great Customer Support!)

Overall an excellent pair of headphones. I was cautious about wireless headphones after using Audio-Technica M50Xs for about five years, but the sound quality with these headphones is almost indistinguishable from a wired connection. I was not a fan of the out-of-box sound setup, but the equalizer is very user-friendly and allowed me to quickly find the right balance for me. I strongly encourage anyone who uses these headphones to immediately go to the equalizer in the app, since the default sound setup is a little hollow and wet. The headphones have excellent battery life and hold a charge quite well; I use them for several hours a day and only need to charge once a week. The noise cancelling effect makes me a little dizzy so I appreciate the option to turn it down. I also appreciate that the effect turns off when the microphone detects that you are talking. My only real complaint, as before, with these headphones is that the defaults don't sound too great. The app offers wide customization, however, so it's not a big complaint at all.

These headphones have amazing noise-cancelling!! Very easy to change settings in the mobile app as well. Very comfortable fit!!

I have been looking for headphones I can wear for a couple hours on a plane with comfort. These are solidly around not on the ear. They sound superb with great bass and clarity up high. They support two BT device connections at one time. When you use only one connection it has 360 Reality audio and supports spatial audio from Amazon music and Tidal. It actually is optimized for Tidal's phone app. It measures your ears and outside atmospheric pressure and optimized noise cancelling. The noise cancelling really works well. It also works with Google Assistant and Alexa. Pretty feature packed.

The best wireless headset I have ever bought. Excellent ANC. It connects faster with my Bluetooth than any other headset I ever had. Crystal clear sound.

I have to say that the these cans are quite impressive. The ANC is better than my Bose QC45 cans and the sound quality has a little more mid to bass than the Bose. Overall Sony’s is the perfect fit for my listening please and they fit nicely on my head. Overall, I would say for the price point that the Sony cans are a litter better than the Bose at the same price.

headphones are light and I can wear anywhere. The noise cancelling options are cool. the padding is durable and not irritating like some other headphones can be. Great price for product.
