      For the charging issue, be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable and check that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the headset and the USB AC adaptor or computer.

      Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet.

      For the Bluetooth disconnecting issue, bring the headset and the Bluetooth device within 1 m (3 feet) from each other.



      The headset automatically enters pairing mode when pairing for the first time after purchasing, initializing, or repairing the headset. To pair a second or subsequent device, press and hold the (power) button of the headset for 7 seconds or more to enter pairing mode.



      When pairing a device once again after initializing or repairing the headset, you may be unable to pair the device if it retains pairing information for the headset (iPhone or other devices). In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and pair them again.



      If the issue still occurs, please try resetting and initializing the headphones.

    I really like these headphones. These headphones are very comfortable and have great noise cancellation. When I'm working out or running they always fit perfectlyon my head and don't fall off.

    This product saved my boyfriend's life! I am not even joking. We were visiting some friends, and I came down with COVID-19 right at the beginning of our trip. It was too far to get home without mass transportation, so we were responsible, and isolated ourselves from our friends and the world in their little office. Now, I love my boyfriend, but being stuck in a small room with just enough free space for an air mattress for 8 days with only him for company was a challenge to say the least. I'm certain the only reason I didn't strangle him was because I had these lovely headphones that not only blocked out his snoring when he slept, but allowed me to feel well and truly alone in a situation where I could not be. They have a wonderful battery life, and I was able to prop my head in such a way as to keep them on during sleep. They were my escape, and I'm telling everyone I know to get themselves a pair.

    I love music. I may not be the best at knowing the best of the best headphones. But these are dang good. I like to wear headphones when I nap(on my back of course). And these have such a rich sound. And the app making these fully customizable, sound wise, is such a big plus. I love them. Definitely recommend.

    Decent NC, Unstable Bluetooth Connection

    A few weeks in and hundreds of hours of wear, here's my takeaways: Pros: - Excellent sound quality - Comfortable fit - I wear for 8+ hours a day and have comfort the entire time. Cons: - I bought this for the noise cancelling. Maybe I set my expectations a little too high, but the noise cancelling isn't as good as I hoped. It's still very solid, but I think brands do themselves a disservice by overselling the NC. I have the NC on max (no ambient sound allowed) according to the app, and in the gym I can still hear the music playing in the background and the clattering of weights. It does reduce it a lot, but I'd say it's only about a 50% improvement over my cheap ZVOX headphones. If you buy these headphones expecting it to mute the world around you, you're going to be disappointed. You'll need to have music playing, because if you're listening to podcasts or anything with just voice, you will be able to hear some background (depending on of course how loud the background is - my gym isn't too loud and I can still hear a fair amount). - The connection routinely cuts in and out on my iMac (but not my iPhone). I changed the bluetooth connection in the app to the lower quality sound, but more reliable connection but I still have issues (just not as often as the higher quality sound connection). This only is really an issue when watching videos on my computer. When it cuts out for a sec or two, it'll create a mismatch between the audio and the video, so they won't be in sync. Which would be really annoying if you're watching a TV show or movie.

    Best Noise Canceling Headphones Out There!

    Let me start off by saying these are world-class headphones. Their sound quality on LDAC makes my old WH-1000XM2 sound like a 20$ pair of headphones. The addition of an EQ on LDAC makes these headphones really come alive. And the comfort of these new models is worth the upgrade in itself. I decided to make a pros and cons list here: Pros -Sound Quality -App -Wear sensor and Speak-to-chat -Touch Controls -EQ settings in LDAC -Software update speed -No noise canceling pressure Neutrals -The ANC is great, but my WH-1000XM2, at least with AC sounds and other mid-frequency sounds was a little better, but as soon as you play literally anything you hear NOTHING at all, which is better than my XM2s where you could still hear chatter at well over half volume. -Comfort, its good but the BOSE QC45 and 35ii is better Cons -These get hot fast, like really fast -Clamping force is more than I would want -Headband adjustment could be better In the end, if you are looking at Bose, Bowers and Wilkins, Sennheiser, etc these are a really good choice and well worth the upgrade from WH-1000XM2 or MDR-1000X

The headphones are designed for playback of high quality sound. When the source that you're listening to does not contain much of bass sound, the bass sound may not be audible

In the app you can customize the equalizer settings and adjust the noise canceling function.

    2 years of heavy use

    Amazing headphones. Great sound quality and noise canceling. I started having an issue with the internal microphone having a feedback loop that produces a squealing noise when the Bluetooth is on, just a couple days short of two years of heavy every day use. I feel like they lasted a good amount of time being used every single day before they started to have this issue. Even with the feedback loop noise they still work perfectly when turned off using the cord with my mp3 player, just no noise canceling which I don't always need.

    Hitting All the Marks

    These headphones are the best I’ve ever owned! My first set ever was a pair of beats solo hd’s. From that, to some other contenders, to now the XM4’s has been an excellent upgrade. They have impeccable sound quality and last very long on one charge. I’m a college student and enjoy having my ears busy when I’m studying, especially in loud places. With the addition of the noise cancelling feature, I can totally get in my zone and do what I need to do. I also appreciate the customization options in the app for the Sonys. Being able to adjust the bass, gain, etc. is something you don’t always get with headphones. Highly recommend.
