    Overpriced piece of junk. My HyperX Alpha S Gaming Headset sounds way better then these Sony's. Can't believe these headphones cost more then my Xbox One S. What a joke.

    Very comfortable and can wear for a long time. Noise cancelling works well and audio quality is great. Definitely worth the price! I get distracted easily so I think these will help me focus at work/school. However it does not connect to calls that well. I did not charge it for 1 month and it still held up.

    I've owned lots of headphones in my day and I've never experienced headphone quite like these! First off the noise cancellation is the best I've ever heard without even turning the headphones on I could barely hear anything! I quickly downloaded the app and try to set the music to the way I like and it's really quite simple once you get the hang of it. I then Bluetoothed it to my phone to see how it would sound. I went to my music playlist and picked a few songs to listen to. I was singing Extremely Loud and I couldn't hear myself, but the music wasn't that loud in my ear which is amazing! Then I called my mom and my aunt to see how the call Quality was, and they said that they didn't even know I was on a headset until I told them. They say it sounds better than when I talk to them on the phone without a headset. You just have to be careful when you're taking a walk Outdoors because you can't hear anything behind you. You have to set the headset noise cancellation function , so you can hear outside noise. I almost got hit by a person riding a bike and didn't even hear him coming. I'm still learning a whole bunch of new features, but I would definitely say that this is worth every penny! It's extremely comfortable and the sound is phenomenal!

    They don't work well with iPhones. The connect to music and other apps are great but they just don't well with having a phone conversation.

    I dont usually write reviews but this is the worse headphones for the price. The mic quality subpar and the ear hole hurts after wearing the headphones for more than a hr.

    I purchased these headphones 3 years ago, and they are still in excellent shape. I use them nearly daily. The battery life is the same as when I got them. I’ve slept with them on numerous times and I don’t even need to recharge them when I wake up. The padding is still in great condition too. The only complaint I have is that these have ruined other headphones for me! The sound quality and noise cancelling on these are too good. I can only listen to music and watch movies with these on. I highly recommend these headphones.

    Amazing Noise Cancellation and Awesome Music

    Most of the good stuff has been mentioned already! Pros - Punchy bass and awesome music - Good connectivity to 2 devices and switching between device is flawless (iOS and a mac) - Noise Cancellation is out of the world (Bose do check it out :D ) Cons - Been a bose user all along I feel pressure on my head with the headphones on - Voice quality on phone calls is pretty inferior the receiving person has difficulty hearing me, I have QC35 II and NC700 from Bose on both of them the call quality is fall superior. If Phone call quality can be improved through software update, I would give back the missing star.

    BB refused to exchange

    The color isn't great. Bought it on sale & bestbuy refused to honor their exchange policy for a new color even though they were the same price on sale & off sale. The box was in its original wrap & never opened. The sound is alright

      We regret to hear that it hasn't provided you with the best comfort. Make sure to adjust the headband for optimum fit and comfort. You may be experiencing a symptom called listener fatigue. That is where your eardrums work hard to manage the volume that flows through your ear canal. The louder the volume, the bigger the strain on your eardrums, which then causes the feeling of fatigue. Try lowering the volume or take a break from wearing them for a while. The longer you wear headphones, the more your ears may hurt. You may need to limit your headphone usage.

To ensure an optimal listening experience, downloading the Sony Headphones Connect app lets you adjust your bass levels and gives you sound quality presets. There is even an EQ in there—which can be customized to fine-tune your music to your liking.

      For comfort, try adjusting the headband and the earpads properly. Our WH-1000XM4 has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience. These headphones actually support super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads in foamed urethane evenly distribute pressure and increase ear/pad contact for a stable fit.

      Note: If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.     I'm not an audiophile. I'm just Joe consumer. However. These headphones have literally changed my experience in listening to music all day on a plane or doing work or just channeling out. I'd probably wear headphones for 45 minutes before taking them off. These bad boys stay on (and play) all day, in a completely immersed world of clean, rich, wow.. (also the battery lasts forever and they're super light).
