Headphone plug doesn’t work

The headphone plug does not work unless I hold it pressed into the headset. Spent an unpleasant plane ride discovering that to watch a movie I had to hold one hand up the whole time pressing the plug at a delicate pressure for it to work.

Great if on sale even better

But, if thst doesnt bother you I recommend them. Sound quality is great and sobis the ANC and other features. From many reviews call quality is not as good as the bose. But i just need active noise canceling and comfort .

I fed recommend for anyone looking for good headphones that has good sound quality. Only issue I was disappointed about is the sound leak :( I barely have my music volume high and everyone can hear

We're sorry to hear some issues that you are experiencing with the headphones. Please make sure that the headphones are being worn properly to prevent any sound leakage. The WH-1000XM4's Super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads in foamed urethane evenly distribute pressure and increase earpad contact for a stable fit, and are pretty well sealed that does a great job of minimizing any sound leakage. I wanan say that the color is amazing and i like the case. You do have to download an app to set them up. They are good noise canceling headphones and the cupping feature to lower the volume is pretty cool. I am just soo dissapointed in the lack of bass in them. You dont feel or hear it. My brother has a pair of $60 headphones with better bass. Ive looked up setting on reddit to help me out and nothing. It sounds as if the speaker has been blown out, but theyre beand new. I will be returning these and try to get another pair with some decent bass at the very least.
