These may be the perfect headphones for you, they are almost perfect for me. I am coming from a wired pair of sennheiser headphones that cost over 4 times the price of these, and surprisingly these headphones exceeded my expectations in both sound quality and build quality. Here’s My small list of things I think you should consider 1.) The fit. I’d recommend trying them on In store before purchasing, for me the ear cups are a little to shallow to wear for longer than an hour comfortably. 2.) the bass, I might be nitpicking but in my opinion this bass just sounds too muddy, regardless of how I change it in the app. Don’t mistake what I consider “shortcomings” as a detractor, they are highly rated for a reason and overall I was impressed, and I believe most people wouldn’t notice the annoyances I did, and will be satisfied with the positive things like the amazing noise canceling, ambient sound that can be triggered by placing a hand on a ear cup, connecting to 2 devices, the option for auxiliary (încluded) , and I got 20hrs with noise cancellation on a charge and actually 32hrs without noise canceling.

Easily the best option out there. Price point seems high. Overall worth the cost though. Listed for $349 I waited and thought about the purchase. They went on sale to $278. Glad I waited but after buying them. I would still pay $349. I initially tried them on at the store 2 months before purchase. The noise cancelling alone is worth it. If you're hesitant don't worry about it. Best buy has an amazing return policy. I've listened to these things for days without charging. They hold a charge in my experience longer than advertised. Charge time is super quick as well. Comes with a great carry case as well. Pro tips watch the how to videos to learn how to use them properly.

These wireless headphones are comfortable, function as they should, and have a long battery life.

Love these headphone, upgraded from the XM2s. While it isn't a huge gain, I had a gift card so I used it to upgrade and it was worth it. These fit a lot nicer and sound a little better, and I think the ANC is better.

The Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones really do live up to the hype of other online reviews and customer feedback I reviewed prior to my purchase. Crisp clear sound with enough base to enjoy the songs but not so much that it drowns out the rest of the range. Noise cancelling is perfect for noisy rooms and can be used with variable ambient noise settings. The app is easy to master and it maximizes the headphone's features. The touch control on the headphone ear piece is sensitive and instinctively programmed. Within the headphone price point they are competitively priced, but I am glad I picked them up during the black Friday sales.

I have started traveling for work more and needed a pair of noise-cancelling headphones. I'm incredibly please with this purchase! The headphones connect seamlessly with my devices, the noise cancelling is strong but not overpowering, and the battery life is really long. Plus they are stylish!

this headphone purchase was a choice well made! i love everything about it. the noise cancellation is amazing, the sound quality is perfection, and i love how it’s features are customizable through the app! it is pricey but for all the features it offers, i would say it was worth it. i debated a lot between these and the airpod maxes, so glad i went with these. it didn’t dent the bank as much, they’re foldable, lightweight, and the battery is long lasting!

I prefer this over the XM5 as it's foldable and easy to carry around. The noise cancellation on this is great, it provides me good time on many flights that I have been on. Battery is great as well

These are comfortable on the ear, have excellent noise cancellation, and top sound quality when using Tidal Hi-Fi Plus listening. I give them a four-star rating because I can't get used to the touch sensitive controls and I still prefer physical buttons on the edge of an ear cup. Also they infrequently loose Bluetooth connection at random times, however I suspect his is my phone and not the headphones. They were a welcome upgrade from my older pair of Sony headphones with older USB-micro connection. Definitely worth the purchase when on sale.

Perfect for work. I can have these synced to my laptop while I work but switch over to take a call on my cell with just a double tap on the ear. Comfortable enough and long battery to wear all day. Noise cancellation is great. I even took a nap with them on and it was complete silence lol (I live in NYC by a hospital) Better than Beats by far I think. Programmable features on the app as well is great to customize function. Speak to chat feature is cool too. The AUX port option is great for watching inflight movies during flights because we all know the ones they give out are terrible.

These XM4's are just what I needed. My XM3's are dying and the XM4's have updated Bluetooth to allow for multiple device connections. These may be two versions old, but the XM5/6's do not fold up as compactly and, as reviews point out, the headband may be slightly tighter. ANC is great and the sound is balanced.

Great sound especially using Sony's in app equalizer. Very comfortable and also has terrific noise cancelling. This headset has great battey life and accurate touch controls as well. Would definitely recommend.

I love wearing these to the gym, it stays on my head pretty well and the sound is so crisp

Amazing clear sound quality with the comfortable fit. The padding and sound quality is absolutely amazing. The touch pad features on the side are a bit inconsistent but that is the only complain.

It’s good…..i think for thr price i paid (200$) on sale these are great. A buddy of mine has the xm5’s and while i can say the headband is slightly lighter in the xm5’s its not so much of a difference that i genuinely care or wish i had gotten the 5’s. And as far as sound quality goes the xm5 has negligiblably better base like if you tweak around the EQ settings with the 4’s to get yiur desired base the sound is almost indistinguishable from the 5’s. If you have 400$ get the XM5’s and if you only got 200$ and the xm4’s are on sale def get the 4s you def wont regret it and i know i sure dont

I wear glasses, and find most standard headphones uncomfortable. These are excellent for form fitting softness. The sound quality is great. My only issue with them is the headphones smell like chemicals. That's a deal breaker for me, but not for my spouse.
