I use them to listen to audiobooks without disturbing anyone around me. Also late night TV bothers no one else and I can hear like it was a theatre. Stereo surround sound is awesome! JUST DO IT ALREADY

After using both for about 2 weeks 8 hours a day for work, I can confidently give my results.... BOSE had the better NC and phone call quality... However, Sony wins on every other aspect you can imagine... Sound quality is substantially better with music and voices in general.. Not to mention you can also adjust the frequencies to your own liking.. The app is a little weird and not every feature is fully explained on the Sony headphones, but I am so glad I got them.. There are already a lot of lengthy reviews but basically between these two, I would go sony every time.. Noise cancelling is amazing but just not quite up to par with bose in my opinion.. There are different reviews stating otherwise but IN AN OFFICE SETTING, I can hear my keyboard when I type having the sony headphones on.. With BOSE, I could not hear my keyboard... However I keep hearing sony blocks more overall frequency but I have just not been in the situation to compare.

These sony headphones has very good noise cancelling, bass and overall sound. Ive tried many headphones and these are top 2.

Better sound than Bose!

I bought them for my daughter and tbh am a little jealous. I have a pair of Bose QC headphones but the sound quality on these are definitely better than the Bose headphones. The case is so sturdy too which makes them great to travel or just bringing around in a backpack. Got a great deal on them and am really happy with them.

Love the multi connect feature so i xan connect my phone and my ipad at the same time. Very light weight and comfortable. Works great eith my android phone. My biggest thing is they dont shut off in cold weather like beats do. Noise cancel is good. Lots of features i havent used yet but i am impressed.
