    The Xm4's are an excellent upgrade from the XM3's. New motion detection sensor allows you to pick up music playback after you remove the headphones and put them on again. Noise cancellation is about 40% better, more isolated from environment. The only issues are that the bass is not as deep as the XM3's and the XM4 app is a little different then the XM3 app- the lack of sound position control and sorround (VPT) settings hinders the customization options.

    Love these headphones!!! I had the xm3's micro USB. Those broke a while ago. The xm4's use a c. bought these over the 5's. Noise cancelling is superb. Music is as crisp and clear as I've ever heard. Use the ldac codec and it gets better. Get these, you'll love them.

    I went in thinking i was about to get basic noise canceling headphones when i used them had alot of useful features that helped me out. Speak to chat works for me whenever im at the store or at home doing yard work with my family, and the pause whenever you take them off is helpful as well.
