Sound quality is very nice and the controllable settings in the app are fantastic! The only thing that is not great is that it kind of falls forward if I lean over, even on the tightest setting.

Best anc headphones for the price

I wear these on BART and at the office for Zoom calls. Great audio quality and build. I really like the silver which looks more like tan. Amazing Black Friday price was a no brainer.

One of the two most comfortable available, especially compared to Dr Beats. Most so-called over the ear headphones seem to be more on the ear than not with thin. hard headbands. These definitely fit well. Not brilliant for Apple users unless you're using only one device.

Which I absolutely appreciate and love. I'd buy a 2nd pair just for the color options, but I'm not THAT rich(yet)

Great Quality Headphones but...

I did not like having to use an app to have the control settings. The other brand I purchased is able to work seamlessly without the app. They are great-quality headphones but did not like the user interface.

While we are glad to hear that you are happy with your new WH-1000XM4 headphones, we are sorry to hear that it did not meet all of your expectations. You can use the headphones even without the application installed on your Bluetooth device. The Sony Headphones connect app will allow you to change the settings of the WH-1000XM4 and these settings will remain even if the headphones disconnects or pairs to another device. The settings will only revert back to default when the headphones are initialized back to factory default. I hope this helps and thank you so much for your feedback.
