No issues with it at all. Only thing that can get a little annoying are the various movement profiles since sometimes I'll be moving a little bit which will trigger a profile movement change

The sound quality is fantastic and to me way better than any other over ear headphones. For the price you really shouldn't pass these up.

Better than Bose 700

Sony sound quality is better and does not nickel and dime you for every little thing like bose. Bose is selling a portable usb link to help with the connectivity of the bose 700. They are trying to make more money by solving a problem in their headphones, which is the connectivity. Sony headphones connect to my pc, but bose 700 glitches.

Posted .Hi TaylorV, Thanks for sharing your feedback! We're glad you are happy with the noise cancelling featture of your headphones. These steps may help you when the touch sensor is not responding correctly:
The sensor of the touch sensor control panel is built into the flat surface of the right unit. Operate within the range of the sensor.
-When you swipe your finger forward/backward or up/down on the touch sensor control panel, the touch sensor control panel may not work correctly depending on the angle at which the headset is worn or the direction your head is facing.
a. When you swipe your finger forward/backward, make the movements perpendicular to the headband.
b. When you swipe your finger up/down, make the movements parallel to the headband.

Top ANC in class again

The XM4 is a slight upgrade of the XM3 and if you are coming from the XM3 it is probably best to wait for the XM5. If you are on older headphones though or new to ANC headphones these are amazing

It’s way too big for my head though, so if you have a tiny head like me then you might not find these as comfortable as others.

To reduce discomfort while wearing the headphones, try adjusting the headband and the earpads properly. These headphones actually support super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads in foamed urethane evenly distribute pressure and increase ear/pad contact for a stable fit.
