While your relaxing, amazing quality, however when I’m jogging and running there’s a decline in the sound quality from the bouncing.

These headphones are everything they are cracked up to be and some. The noise canceling feature is out of this world. Activate it and the outside world goes away.

The driver for this Sony product is the App, which is not only confusing to master, but difficult to understand. The controls are somewhat masked in their function and operation, as well. Swiping up, down, left and right on non-existing buttons is glitchy, at best. What buttons there are are not raised so one can't easily perform pairing operations without taking them off to see what you are doing - and what good is that. Sound quality and noise reduction is as advertised, however the caveat in bluetooth mode is the small print in the included instructions that warns you that an audio lag might be (WILL be) present upon connection to the source. This right there ruins it for me. For the price, given all the negatives, I would not recommend these. Returned the product.

Maybe, Maybe Not!

The features is not worth the upgrade if you have the xm3 model. The soundstage is narrow and the treble is lacking. I tried adjusting the sound from the Sony App equalizer and my cellphone, and I still can't seem to get the clarity I was hoping for. If noise cancelling is what you need this for, then this is top notch. My Sennheiser 599 which is 3 years old sounded a lot better. At least I still have until January if I want to keep this. I'll keep trying to see if the sound improves. I'll give this a thorough burn in time, otherwise it will go back.

Great noise cancelling

The only con is that after some time they hurt the ears and cause sort of a headache. Check if they fit your ears, otherwise it could be a painful experience.
