I am using with blue tooth for tv and it does drop the sound once in a while just for a second but not enough or long enough to miss what is being said. Very happy with head phones and amazed at the noise cancellation ability.

Great Noise Cancelling Headphones

I will say that while they are lighter than the previous version, the materials feel less premium. Outside of that, I love these headphones!

Only upgraded from the XM-3's due to their tweaking the of quieting down even more of background noise during calls and the added feature dual connection at once on two devices like the QC 35 II. Only wish they were water resistant like the Jabra 85t's. Hence 4 stars.
