    Battery life is so awesome. The sound on these is my favorite thing ever. I love them I have no issues with them, been using them for the last year!

    These headphones are reviewed as one of the market's best, so I had pretty high expectations. They're comfortable to wear, sound great, and look good. I would definitely recommend them. My only complaint is the passive noise cancellation works so well that it makes my ears warm.

    Unmatched sound and functionality! Sony has always been my favorite when it came to bass, and these didn’t let me down at all! The work seamlessly with my iPhone and computer! I was going to get another headset for my laptop, but I don’t need ot with these!

    Great sound quality. Has had no issues for over a year despite a few drops. Comfortable around the ears. Comes in nice colors as well.

    Simply the best noise cancelling headphones I have tried. Better than Bose or Beats at the same price level. These are comfortable. The mic is great for calls and zoom sessions. Then, when you need music the sound and clarity are the best without being overly base thumpy. The case is great too.

    These are the best for the money. I was in flight with a person using these headphones and I asked about them. He said that the SONY were the best. I went to Best Buy and tried Beats, Bose, and others and when I put on the Sony I could not believe the difference. I see so many on the Plane with Bose and think they just went with a name. Listen for yourself and you will agree SONY is the BEST.

    These headphones are almost guaranteed to fit anyone right off the bat. The sound is stellar. The ANC is unbelievable. The look is incredibly clean. The functions are above all else. Even the app glows well to have the added functionality. I highly recommend these to everyone and area WELL worth the price.

    I already owned one Bose QuietComfort 35 II wireless Bluetooth headphones. The sound is great, but it can't cover my ears fully which makes the noise cancellation function less effective. I tried the new Sony WH-1000XM4 at a local Best Buy store and really like the comfort and sound quality. : )

    They work and sound great with the exception I am having trouble connecting with bluetooth to my computer. All other bluetooth connections work fine.

      We're happy your WH-1000XM4 headphones sound great, but apologize for the connection issue with your computer. This is often fixed by clearing the headphones' pairing history: please try performing a factory reset by holding the power and NC/Ambient button for about 7 seconds, and then attempt to re-pair with your computer.

    Excellent sound quality, best noise cancelling I’ve ever experienced. Fit is comfortable. Only knock is the ambient sound for me sometimes doesn’t register quickly enough and I find myself having to pause music to hear someone speaking with me.

    From the perspective of a college student, these are really great headphones as they are comfortable to wear for extended time periods and I especially love their noise-canceling feature. Would also recommend downloading the Sony app as this allows you to customize the headphones further to your liking.

    These sound very good and the features they come with can be very useful, though some of those features have a few annoying knacks that could annoy some people. Again, if sound is all you care about, these are great noise cancelling headphones that sound fantastic. Now for the issues. These headphones have a few quality of life features. For example, if you're wearing them and you begin walking, it'll turn off noise cancelling. Sometimes. If you tap the right headphone, it'll pause. Sometimes. If you take off your headphones it'll pause your media automatically. Sometimes. There are some great features though a lot of them are unreliable. These features can be turned off via the headphones app if it annoys you. Overall, a solid pair of headphones. I give a thumbs up.
