The ultimate NC headset

I tried the XM5 and I wasn’t a fan of them either, it honestly seemed like a step down. Finally I went with the XM4 and I do not regret the change. Great bass and even better NC. I was working and heard nothing around me. Some have even used them to mow the lawn. That’s how strong the noise cancellation is.

The headphones themselves have a rich, bassy sound that is enhanced by the aforementioned equalizer embedded in the Sony APP. The touch controls take a little getting used to but work well. The headset's noise-canceling features are top-notch as well. Based on first impressions this device gets five stars.

New and improved

He had the original ones and really liked them. He used them so much that repaced the ear pads at least once. The new and improved ones (XM4), aside from being completely noise-cancelling, offer more bells and whistles. And I now have a pair, too!

Best Wireless Headphones

I've owned the Bose 700 Headphones for a short time but ended up swapping for these Sony's. They aren't as flashy looking as the Bose but these out perform in every way. Also, highly recommend using a HiFi streaming service like Tidal or Deezer to get the most out of these headphones. I've always used Spotify but they difference is very noticeable and I don't think I will be able to go back after purchasing these!

SOUND AMAZING, WORK AMAZING

Its awesome that they have a bluetooth and come with a headphones jack. Recently took a trip and with the aux cord it allowed me to use them to watch a movie on the plane with the in seat tvs. But also able to use bluetooth on my table and not need 2 different headphones. The anc always works really nice and i love the feature to put your hand over the right ear and it allow you to hear whats going on around you so your not always having to take them off

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have previously purchased every installment of these headphones and love each and every improvement, I love the newest features except "speak to chat" it won't let me sing a song without interrupting. The change function button should account now for Siri, I don't own a pixel or android, and they need to make room for Siri. Most sony headphones were able to dual connect, but i am glad these do so seamlessly. I thought these were better and cheaper than the Apple version. I am also a Sony Fan.

Otherwise the sound is amazing as it the noise cancelling feature. Very comfortable, as well.

Noise cancellation is great, it is comfy and it sounds good. Both my PC and my phone is connected to it and I simultaneously switched it whenever I use it. I would recommend it.
