Perfect noise cancelling headphones

With a Bluetooth dongle, the headphones also works well with my Nintendo Switch and Playstation 5. These are true noise cancelling headphones that block out all noises when I am on Zoom or playing video games. The con for me is that it can become uncomfortable after a long period of time.

First ones had creaking issues in the ear cups, headband and hinges. For a premium product that is unacceptable. Took them back for Anker XR. Figured for $80 see if they didn't creak. They didn't but very uncomfortable and sound was lacking coming right from the XM4. Got a second pair of XM4 and so far so good. ANC, sound and swipe all make for a great headset. Just wish the build quality was better.

Junky headphones with too many bells and whistles

I wore them for 2 months, not even daily, and one of the ear cups snapped off just from removing them off my head. Sony warranty does NOT cover physical damage and they want me to pay hundreds of dollars to repair their poorly made product. On top of that any time you try to slightly adjust the ears, settings get messed up and your music will pause. The noise cancelling feature also kicks on and off at random times. These just do not make for a great listening experience and they are not well made. You're better off getting a cheap pair of SkullCandy. At least when they break you're not out $500+. Do not buy this product.

The warranty provided by Sony is for initial failures if more than troubleshooting is needed. This does not include any physical damage made to the unit. I had the previous version and even though there is one generation ahead I still chose this one. The case is awesome for traveling and do not take much space. Sound quality is amazing. Charges quickly. Perfect in my opinion. I wish Sony would keep this model, not a big fan of the most recent version.

Great for Home or Mobile Use

A little overkill, but great headphones

I honestly thought that I would use these more as I listen to a lot of classical music and jazz at home and am extremely picky about quality and depth of tone. These hit all those marks and then some. I think the only reason I do not use them more is because I do not carry a backpack whenever I leave the house so I am not likely to carry them around with me.

Really Nice, Excellent Noise Canceling

Right after I got these headphones my basement flooded and part of the cleanup involved leaving very loud fans running all day but with these headphones I couldn't hear them at all. The adaptive sound control is a really neat featured. A bit on the expensive side but if you worth it in my opinion.

Was mowing the yard and I could feel the mowers vibration but no sound, the anc on there is outstanding

Did a lot of research on these and I have the original ones which I love the ease of use. Very light and seems flimsy but materials that it’s made from are what makes it light. Only issue I seemed to run into was how many more features this iteration has. So there is a little setup included if you want to get the most out of your purchase. Obviously a little spendy.

The sound quality is just as good as more expensive options, and I prefer it over the XM5 since it can fold. The only issue is that the it pauses too long after a conversation.
