Hi Mewto, While we are glad to hear that you are happy with the sound quality and noise cancelling of your new WH-1000XM4, we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the headphones disconnecting while connected to your meetings. We'd love to troubleshoot this issue and make this a better experience for you. In the meantime, if you are using the headphones with your computer for meetings or video conferences, select calling connections (HFP/HSP) and not music playback connections (A2DP). On the speaker settings, select calling connections [Headset (WH-1000XM4 Hands-Free)]. ([Headphones (WH-1000XM4 Stereo)] is for music playback connections.)

On the microphone settings, select calling connections [Headset (WH-1000XM4 Hands-Free)] . When the microphone is not set up, the Speak-to-Chat mode activates when it detects the speech of the person wearing the headset, and the sound from the headset is muted.
