      Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the WH1000XM4. We're glad that you like the sound quality and noise canceling function of the headphones. It's unfortunate that the unit turns off by itself. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). Make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently. Resetting and initializing the headset may also help resolve the issue. Please refer to the steps on these links:

    I really enjoyed the headphones, i didn’t like them at first but i really enjoy them now. Only slight issue is that if you sweat a lot it could ruin them through time. other than that there amazing!

    Nice noise cancelling and advanced features. Better sound than my BOSE headphone. Only that I have to exchange because the first one I can hear something rubbing when I move my head. The second unit worked better.
