Loveeeeee! They’re super comfy on the ears especially and piercing friendly as well! Sound quality is great and I love that you can skip/pause as well as adjust the volume without having to use your phone! Also if you’re one who forget to charge your headphones you can easily get a few hours of use with just a couple minutes of charge!

It’s everything I needed and more. I’m impressed with the quality of these headphones. First off, sounds great. I listen to different genres of music; I cannot describe in with my limited vocabulary how amazing my music sounds. It’s like I can hear everything the producer added- like I can finally hear the backing vocals for “Why Not?” by LOONA. I’m so amazed at the attention to detail, but don’t be mistaken!!! THE BASE!!! HOLY SHI- THE BASE IS ALSO AMAZING. Anyways sounds great. Second, I never truly knew the blessings of having noise canceling headphones. I’ve always had to turn up the volume on my regular earphones bc everything else outside of earphones was so loud. So I don’t ever need to go past the middle of the volume controls to be able to hear my music or podcasts. It’s intuitive, easy to start up and use. It has special controls on the headphones itself; so I when I’m working on my projects I don’t have to look away and use my phone to change the song or podcast episodes. The only thing I do wish Sony would do is make these headphones resistant to water/water damage of any kind (sweat, splashed water, idk what else). There’s also the Voice-to-speak; I sometimes hum to the songs I’m listening to so the headphones will automatically stop whatever I’m listening to. I don’t really use this feature so I just turned it off; but it’s cool. Anyways great pair of headphones; more grey than I thought they’d be. best purchase I’ve prob ever made. 10/10 STAN LOONA

I have owned Bose and Beats. Bose are good headphones but uncomfortable on the ears due to me wearing earrings. Both of my beats broke after about 7 to 8 months of daily use. Very poor battery life also. Bought these and have enjoyed them more than all other listening devices. The app is a plus too. They fold up nice and compact. Battery life over an 8 hour work day. Comfortable and very happy. A great investment.

I love the way music sounds. I can hear every note and the bass is just right! I like how the music stops playing automatically when the phone rings then automatically restores when call is over. I like to use noise canceling when I play video gambling. No more hearing other’s machines , conversations or loud personal phone calls. I don’t have to listen to the tv or the gambling parlor’s music as well. I can connect to my iPhone and IPad flawlessly. The sound quality is fantastic! Buy these headphones! They are worth the money!

Very easy to connect. Battery life lasts a few days. Excellent at blocking outside noise. Lightweight - feels like I don't even have them on. Ordering and shipping was a breeze. They were actually delivered 2 days early!!

I love these headphones, I use them everyday and the customization in the app is really neat too. The bass and volume possibly might make me deaf but who cares lol. Only con is that my headphone ear broke and I can’t get them fixed even though I still have a warranty. They only offer fixing for wear or tears, and there’s a fee (I think $99) with their partnered company or something but they only fix the headband part so…

I absolutely and genuinely love these headphones. The noise-cancellation is second to none. Recently took them on a plane and quite literally forgot how loud things were. I connected to the plane wifi and joined a video call with friends they immediately muted me telling me how loud things were around me and for a few seconds I was actually confused at what they meant! The sound quality is also great, mixed in with the built in EQ, it allows you to really get the sound YOU want out of these. I also use these for the gym, and while not being sweat or water proof in the slightest they work fine and plenty of reviewers have said the same. I of course have no plans of drenching them or anything like that but sweat will not hurt these. (Of course do your due diligence and keep them dry and clean) The blue is definitely a darker blue. Under most light it’s just black, the blue being very hard to see (not even remotely a bit deal). Honestly I’d done quite a bit of research on top headphones in the segment and these always came up but the price and brand loyalty elsewhere scared me off. I’d used Sony headphones before but never their premium line ups. Don’t wait as long as I did. If they’re on sale… BUY them. If they aren’t on sale but you want to gets some headphones that’ll last you… BUY THEM.

This is an outstanding set of headphones. I upgraded from the 1000XM3 which l loved as well. I love that I was able to get these in blue. The clarity and sound from these headphones is amazing and they are very comfortable. I love the use of the Sony app with the headphones as it allows customization. The Speak to Chat and wearing detection are new to this upgrade and are welcomed features. Also, noise cancellation is great and the battery life is outstanding. You can’t go wrong with the Sony XM4.

I used to think that there was no way wireless headphones could ever sound as good as wired, but these Sonys have completely proven me wrong. They are just phenomenal. From comfort and style to sound quality and battery life, they excel in all areas for me. They really do. The only downside (if I have to call one out) is that they aren't that much of an upgrade to the XM3 that came out before it. Sooo, if you need to save some money, those are great too. But if you want the best, then look no further than the XM4s.

After three weeks, these headphones have exceeded my expectations. The biggest surprise has been that they stay comfortable on my head for around 4 hours. They also have great sound quality, impressive noise canceling, and solid features - like connecting to multiple devices at once. Connecting to a second device was a tad bit involved, but worth the one time effort. Battery life has been solid too. Once the pandemic is over, I’m looking forward to using these on flights and testing out the ambient mode.

These headphones are fantastic! The build quality is very solid without being too heavy on the head. I was concerned they might be a bit tight on my large head, but they are super comfortable, with a light to moderate clamping force and soft ear-piece cushions. Both of these factors make them easy to wear for extended periods of time. I thought I would have to modify the sound profile using the SONY app made for these headphones to get the sound mixed how I prefer, but they sounded great right out of the box. Clear, well-defined bass, plenty of mids, and brilliant highs. Not muddy in the least as some other reviews stated. I use these every day, both for work and for play. At night, I connect them to the ROKU app for private TV listening, so I don't wake up the house. There is zero lag time or delay between the action on screen and the headphones. They also work great streaming audio from music apps on your phone. The bluetooth range extends a lot farther than most other bluetooth devices I own. I can walk all over the house listening to music while my phone is downstairs in the office and the headphones stay connected and sound great. I haven't tried using them for phone calls yet, but I will. The noise cancelling is amazing. When you put theses over your ears, it's like you disappear into another world. The headphones fold up neatly and fit perfectly in the provided hard case for safe transport. I can't recommend these headphones enough. I'm going to need a second pair because my daughter has discovered them and loves listening to music with them. Get these headphones! They're worth every penny. You will love them!

So far best earphones I own. Great sound and very comfortable. Love the fact that I can control weather I can hear my surroundings. Great features for these earphones. Battery lasts forever. So far I charged them once and that was when I first got them a month ago. They still have quite a bit charge left. Very happy. My only complaint is that i wish there were buttons instead of touch control for volume and skip. Still love these earphones.

I absolutely love everything about these Sony Xm4 headphones. I guess the silver lining in my bad experience with the defective Bose Quiet comfort 35 2's (Wish I had gotten an extended warranty on those.) Led me to discover these Sony's XM4's that are a superior product. After the material of the ear pads on my Bose just split open and fell apart, I'm still very paranoid about that happening and constantly looking at these for any signs of that happening. However, the material seems of very good quality and sturdy on the Sony XM4's And does not have the holes on the padding of the inside either that helps lead to the splitting of the weak material of the Bose in a ridiculously short (Unacceptable period of time for what they cost.) But this time I did get the extended warranty just in case but I feel like I won't be needing it. The XM4's are also better in Tech, as they have so many nice High tech features. And the sound quality is a bit better, with a bit richer bass. The noise cancelling is just as good as the Bose. Was very surprised at how with Netflix and Youtube, Just remove the headphones and what you are watching automatically pauses. The volume control was a little weird at first, but once getting used to is great. If you are looking for a great pair of wireless noise cancelling headphones No need to look any further than the Sony XM4. If I didn't have an expensive car repair right now I'd get a second pair so can always have one fully charged even though the battery life, is long...

Overall I absolutely love these headphones. I have the wf-1000XM5 earbuds which I love, but they aren't super comfortable so I bought these. The earbuds have slightly better quality in the sound and noise cancellation but that's understandable since these are only over the ears. These are super comfortable, I can wear them for hours and even sleep with them on. The only issue I have with these is that they don't fit super tight so sometimes they fall off if I move around too much, so if you plan on using these for the gym and you have a small head like me they probably won't work well.

Noise Cancellation on these are crazy and the charge it really lasts a long time and charge fast
