Great quality but not comfortable

Had to return, however, because they're quite uncomfortable for me to wear. I have a larger head, and these are a bit rigid. They can be adjusted in the length, but I could get them to not press behind my ears, which give me a bit of a headache if I wear them for longer than an hour or so.

Connected device doesn't see the hands free (mic) until I turn it off and on again. So, I returned it. Also, I would prefer physical buttons instead of touch controls

Resetting the headphones and making sure that the software is updated help to resolve issues if the headphones is not working properly. Great sound quality but too many mechanical flaws.

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Experienced the following issues after one year of owning these: -Sometimes they would not charge at all, even using the included charger. -Static sound + sound cutting out on either side. -Factory reset was not possible - blinking light would not appear after holding down the buttons. -Would not power on sometimes, even if they were fully charged! I've learned my lesson and will not be spending this much on headphones again, knowing that there are quality headphones with longer batter life and fewer flaws for a third of the price.

best if you don't use it with Samsung TV

You cannot pair directly to Samsung TV without using phone app. When connected, it randomly get out of sync and crackling sound every few minutes. It annoyed me so much that I returned it. I waited and installed all firmware update before my return window. My older Sony XB900N and other cheap Bluetooth headphones/earphones have no Bluetooth issue. If Sony fix this with firmware update I may consider this again.
