I am not fully using all the features but I hope to one of these days.

While we're glad you like the features of your WH-1000XM4, we regret to hear that the unit had to be returned. If you want to use the unit as wired headphones, you can use the supplied headphone cable and still enjoy High-Resolution Audio music or use functions such as noise canceling/Ambient Sound Mode, just turn the headphones on. They still sound awesome when wired in for listening, without any of the features the app makes available.
We hope you will consider Sony again in a future purchase.

Good but not the best for Apple users

Incredibly comfortable but they’re just not for me. As an apple user that has had AirPods Pro for some time. The seamlessly transition between devices is not there.
