    Do not buy this. It is amazing for listening to music, but fukc, it is awful when using it as headphones with phone calls, discord, zoom, or anything else. The microphone pics up EVERYTHING and the noise cancelling changes randomly when doing stuff, which is really annoying and I can't figure out how to turn it off. Also, touchpad instead of tactile buttons is waaay more annoying that I thought. I'm past the return date, but I'm still going to get the Bose or anything else that doesn't auto-disconnect when I adjust the ear-piece.

      We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you are not having a complete experience because of the mic quality, noise canceling function, and touch controls.

      For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is updated (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). These steps may also help when using the mic function of the headphones:

      -Re-establish the connection between the source device and the headset.
      -Select HFP or HSP for the profile.
      -You can also check the settings of the app that you are using for mic sensitivity if available.

    I like these headphones. They're really good but there was 2 major problem I had with them. I have big ears so it wasn't comfortable wearing for a long time and I don't like how heavy it is. Other than those problems they're extremely good.
