I recently noticed, however, that the battery would be drained because it would not automatically turn off when I took the headphones off. Sony support was not helpful. I'd return this product if the issue did not arise immediately after the date where I can return them to Best Buy.

If you are experiencing sound issues or feel that the sound quality during video conferencing is poor, please make sure that you have sufficient internet connection. Try different apps or a different computer to determine if the issue is with the headphones, the app, or the computer. In case of an unstable Bluetooth connection, use a wired connection from the headphones to the video conferencing device.

Personally got a senheiser hd 560s, a mini amp dac, and a less expensive Bluetooth headphone with pretty close to the same sound as the Sony all for the same price.
