While we are glad you are satisfied with the superb performance of your new XM4, we are sorry you are encountering an issue with the noise canceling function. The Noise Canceling feature of these Bluetooth® headphones is initially set to automatically turn off after five minutes. You can change the Automatic Power Off setting in the Headphones Connect app from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 3 hours or, if you want Noise Canceling to stay on all the time, just simply tap Do not turn off. Also, the automatic power-off feature has only one setting, power-off after 15min of not wearing.

Good, except defective

They are not that different than the XM3s, which is fine because those were still great headphones. Unfortunately, my XM4s were defective out of the box. They had a constant white noise that was distracting when listening to any music that was quiet, and the left ear had static that got worse the longer I used them. I wish I could exchange them for another pair, but my local store is out of them, so I'll have to wait more to try them again. Disappointed in the quality.
