We understand your concern but you have to consider the factors that could effect the connection between the headphones and the television like for example distance. The maximum communication distance may vary depending on the presence of obstacles (people, metal objects, walls, etc.) or the electromagnetic environment.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Had no Issue with delivery, I love Best Buy, I purchase these headphones a little over a year ago, and they are great Noise Cancelling Head Phones, and are still great, They can pair with 2 devises at once with Bluetooth, The case they come in is Cool, I wear them everyday almost all day and they are comfortable and stable, nothing broke yet and I'm not that gentile with them, I recommended my headphone to a neighbor who needed to drown out her upstairs neighbors music and when I bought them they were only $250, now they are $350 which is a drastic increase in price, Just because you realized they were really good headphones from the feed back you were receiving doesn't justify charging and extra $100, that's just Greed Greed Greed, but they are worth the price, however, I suggest you not hike up your prices like that because if they were originally $350 I would not have purchased them to even give this glowing review. Now I know how awesome they are, and I would buy them again at this new Price, that's how great they are, I know the Price Point is High people, but you will not be sorry, you get what you pay for!!!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these headphones for the sound quality and long-lasting battery life but in my opinion, the noise-canceling feature can't be fully turned off, only lowered, and that can interfere with hearing people or noises around you (but that can be great sometimes!). However, it comes with an app to manage the headphones and I think that makes the listening experience so much more personalized and adaptive! Also, these headsets can connect to more than one device (but can only play audio from one device at a time) and are extremely comfortable so if you're considering buying Bluetooth, noise-canceling headphones that are great for listening to music or tuning out the rest of the world, these are probably the best you will get!

The touch works but no sound is coming out of it and I tried everything but nothing seems to work :(

The mic in the headset produces low quality sound and cuts out repeatedly on Zoom, MS Teams, etc... The troubleshooting webpage for this product at Sony is of very little use. It simply repeats what is in the manual, as does the chat assistant. I gave these a try based on several online reviews. However, I am returning to Bose again, which are only slightly more expensive than the Sony WH-1000XM4.

Almost reaching my 2nd year with these. Recently I got an extremely loud whistle sound coming from the left ear. The whistle sounds come and goes so I can't enjoy using the headphones anymore. Sad that I didn't even reach the 2nd year with these which is why I am giving it one star

It's unfortunate that you are not satisfied with the call quality. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).
These steps may also help when using the mic function of the headphones:
-Re-establish the connection between the source device and the headset.
-When using a video calling application on a computer, switch the Bluetooth connection to HFP or HSP with the computer. During a video call, sound quality may become low due to the conditions of the communication line.
-You can also check the settings of the app that you are using for mic sensitivity if available.

But I was very shocked today to find out that when the swivel on the right ear piece broke that the repair would not be covered by warranty. Granted, I did use these almost every working day for 9 months but I can't believe that this is not covered.
