We're sorry to hear some issues that you are experiencing with the headphones. Please make sure that the headphones are being worn properly to prevent any sound leakage. The WH-1000XM4's Super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads in foamed urethane evenly distribute pressure and increase earpad contact for a stable fit, and are pretty well sealed that does a great job of minimizing any sound leakage.
