These are much more comfortable for my preference. They also sound great. Pairs up nicely with my iPhone. Noise canceling works really well.

Easy to use controls. Would not be great for use while working out or running. Unit too heavy for that but otherwise I am enjoying them alot.

I can hear the music clearly and brilliantly while in the next room the clothes dryer is on and the gardners are mowing the back lawn. My great disappointment is that I got these headphones to improve my tv watching experience, but sadly, Samsung and Sony help desks could not solve problems when I paired these with my tv, and I am unable to resolve this incompability problem. So I can't use them for the purpose I bought them.

There is even an EQ in there—which can be customized to fine-tune your music to your liking. You can edit the volume of the CLEAR BASS. Increasing the CLEAR BASS setting value allows your headphones to reproduce dynamic deep bass without distortion, even at a high volume. This is often fixed by clearing the headphones' pairing history: please try performing a factory reset by holding the power and NC/Ambient button for about 7 seconds, and then attempt to re-pair with your computer.

This headphones are amazing I cant describe how good they sound. Noise cancellation is amazing. Overall it is amazing if you do not mind the size. I ended up returning them since it was not compatible with windows 10. I was able to connect it and it works as a "output" so you can listen to music but you can't use the microphone if you connect it to windows 10, so unfortunately I couldn't use it for gaming on my PC. Otherwise it is a crazy headphone. I would say the noise cancellation is a little better than airpod pro's. Probably about 10%, but this thing is huge.

While it isn't a huge gain, I had a gift card so I used it to upgrade and it was worth it. These fit a lot nicer and sound a little better, and I think the ANC is better.

I do think the app is solid and useful for my use of these headphones. - My headphones firmware updated automatically -be patient, process took several minutes. Initial impression; very comfortable, really good noise canceling and sound quality. - Voice clarity on both ends is outstanding. - Easily connected two iPhones, my experience switching between them was seamless. - Used ear profile in-app feature to analyze my ear shape for 360 Reality Audio setup.
