    Noise cancelling was really good until recently also the audio cuts out a lot and gets disconnected

    Comfortable, great noise canceling, fits over ears perfectly, convenient design to fold up in carrying case, pairs easily with any app or device, good base. One thing to note: outside of the Sony headphones app, you can also adjust the settings in your actual phones settings. Took a minute to figure out, but it makes a huge difference when you learn how to do that as well.

    I bought these along with the AirPods Max and these took the win. Super lightweight, great noise cancellation, and sound is crisp but not as much as with the AirPods Max.

    The best headphones I have owned. The sound is very good and they are comfortable. I can't for COVID to be over so that I can try them out traveling. I would strongly recommend them.

    Very comfortable, sound is great , but when making calls I had some issues with sound and other caller couldn’t hear me clearly. After updating the software it’s had been good so far.

    Comfort is there with these headphones. The noise canceling is crisp to not hear outside noise. Touch controls do take a little bit to get used too.

    You will love the way they sound. The spatial feature is no big deal personally. It sounds like your in an echo chamber. Your music will be clean and crisp with the perfect bass.

    After using these headphones along with Beats Studio, Wh- 910n, these headphones are overhyped, overpriced, but over performed. I like the comfort which over did the Beats Studio. They're aesthetically pleasing like Beats. The noise cancelling over performed. Compared to the Cases for each of the headphones, the XM-4s have a cuter and more protective case. The only problems that I have had with the XM-4s is that they're hard to connect to any of my Apple devices, and they randomly disconnect and turn off out of nowhere which is neither rare or common. But compared to the expensive Air Pods Pro Max from Apple, these have way better sound quality and more minimalistic with swipe on the right side of the Headphones, you can access ambient sound, pause, play, and play your next song. Compared to the wh- 910n, it is hard to turn on Siri by just touching the pad of your right cup which the wh-910, It is more worth getting the WH- 910 which are 100 dollars less but sacrifice the aesthetic for the better quality, and better base.

    These headphones sound amazing and are very comfortable to wear. However, I am disappointed that it doesn't block out as much noise as I expected. Not any better than my previous ear buds. But they do sound a lot better and I'll continue to use them!

    Don't sound any different than my old XM3's, but I'm not going to complain about that - still some of the better Bluetooth headphones I've heard. Multipoint alone was worth the upgrade, but the Best Buy exclusive colorway really sets them apart from the tired looking black on copper. The blue's very dark, wouldn't have thought twice if you'd told me it was a Massdrop edition. My XM3's suffered from cracks in the weak point in the headband, supposedly this has been addressed with the new model. Only time will tell. Only real complaint is battery life seems ever so slightly worse than the last gen, but it's still more than a full day of use.
