    I loved my XM2, but the biggest downside for me was that they weren't as comfortable. The tips of my ears would get sore after a couple of hours or so. The XM4 has improved cushioning, fitting a lot better around my ears. The multi-point feature took a bit to set up, but once it was up and running, it was great switching back and forth between my phone and laptop.

    sound stage is good, and anc is good when it comes to reducing low frequency noises (airplane engine, heater, etc.). battery life comes to around 15-17 hours depending on settings.

      We're glad that you like the sound quality, battery life, comfort, and noise canceling function of the headphones. Your feedback about the multipoint function is greatly appreciated. Depending on the device, silent streaming can continue on the first device when the second device has a Bluetooth connection to the headphones. If this is the case, the headphones remain connected to the first device, and the audio doesn't switch to the second device.

      Follow these steps to hear sound from the second device:

      1. Open the Sony | Headphones Connect app, select the System tab, and make sure the Connect to 2 devices simultaneously option is set to ON.
      2. Stop playback on the first connected device.
      3. Close the audio (music) application on the first connected device.
