    Love these earphones. I even had the prior generation model. After upgrading because the model I had broke after about 5 years of wear and tare. I eventually encountered a problem with the automatic audio adjustment. The problem was fixable through the app I think that may have caused it in the first place. After getting past that issue(check the online Manuel if you have this problem) the love I originally developed for this has returned.

    Basically the same as the XM2 (which I was coming from). Slightly better bluetooth connection. I upgraded mostly for the USB-C so I can stop bringing micro USB-A cables around

    Sound quality is great. Returned some beats and bought these instead. No comparison. The only thing is I need to learn the touch controls. I wear on the commuter rail and the noise cancellation is excellent.
