But because it's Bluetooth, whenever the microphone is active, the audio quality drops significantly. Would not suggest for any use case that needs a microphone

I have never had more comfortable daily headphones. For those of us who aren’t audiophiles… well we won’t notice a difference between these the Bose, Beats, or even Skull Candy headphones. However, when you’re working remote and have these for over 8hrs a day these are the best for comfort and have good sound quality and noise cancelling.

And by far the best headphones I’ve owned. I upgraded only for the color and to have one dedicated for work and the other for traveling. They are extremely comfortable, easy to use, and the sound is top notch. Money well spent especially if you can catch them on sale.

Amazing headphones for remote working

All my other headset started to hurt my ear due to my glasses. The sound quality is as good as it gets, and mostly due to the limits on the bluetooth bandwidth. I haven't got a chance to try the lossless streaming, but I doubt the current streaming protocol would suggest the bit rate for a true lossless CD.

Fantastic noise cancelling. Great colour. My only issue is the battery is finicky when it comes to charging. I ONLY use these headphones for flights so after some odd battery remaining figures, I just charge before flying (regardless of what the battery indicator says) and all is usually okay. I am taking away 1 star for the 2moverseas flights in which my headphones died 1 hour in due to me thinking there was 90% battery left.

A buddy of mine has the xm5’s and while i can say the headband is slightly lighter in the xm5’s its not so much of a difference that i genuinely care or wish i had gotten the 5’s. And as far as sound quality goes the xm5 has negligiblably better base like if you tweak around the EQ settings with the 4’s to get yiur desired base the sound is almost indistinguishable from the 5’s. If you have 400$ get the XM5’s and if you only got 200$ and the xm4’s are on sale def get the 4s you def wont regret it and i know i sure dont

The battery life is excellent as well. When the headphones die, it takes around 5-10 minutes for it to charge all the way up and it lasts a long time.

I was debating between the XM5s and these and these were more comfortable and felt slimmer. They are so easy to use, lightweight, and have amazing quality. The only downside to these is that they take a little more time to switch between devices. I need to reconnect them to my laptop or iPad, it’s not too big of a deal! Overall, I don’t regret getting them at all!
