Great Noise Cancelling Headphones

I am an avid gym person and wear them to workout. I would say the only think I would recommend are some silicone covers just because the foam material does soak up sweat!!!

I've had these Sony XM4 for over 3 weeks. Meet the new champion. Long battery life. Excellent noice cancellation. Lots of great features like: Swipe Volume Control, Swipe Skip, Swipe Replay, Auto Pause when you speak and much more control and customization using Sony's app.

Comfort is also great, but the ears can get hot a couple hours in. Touch control can be a bit finicky, I had to exchange mine out for a replacement, but it worked ok after that. I hate having to adjust the headband slider every time I put them back in the case, since I use the case often, but that's just being nitpicky. Great headphones!

Brought my headphones with me to work to see if I could use them in place of my Peltor workman earmuffs, turns out XM4’s have better noise canceling. There are a few annoying features. The app is very Sony, so half the features don’t work and the other half only work some of the time. The touchscreen on the outside of the right muff was cool when I first got them, now it’s just annoying, often increasing/decreasing volume when I want to skip a song. Speak-to-chat is also just a ridiculous feature, can’t use it in public, constantly activates when I’m laying in bed, turns itself back on randomly. It’s classic Sony, awesome tech, miserable software.

I am very happy with these. I am not a music expert but I know what I like being of the older generation. I amazed by the noise cancelation, sound and battery life of the unit. The one problem is after a couple of hours having the on my ear start to sweat so I take them off.
