I'm really bad at taking care of things, i've thrown these around so much especially since I work in a warehouse and move around so much they've definitely hit the ground a lot. I needed these because everything is so loud I rather listen to music. Plus they get really dirty so i wipe them cleaned every night and they still work through everything I put them through! The best part is the battery life I always get surprised when they tell me theyre going to die because it seems like I hardly charge them lol. If they ever stop working im pretty sure i'd just but another pair of these.

I originally had the skullcandy crusher ANCs, and thought I would miss the bass. However upon revisiting them today, the clarity of the Sony's sound with great bass, far outweigh the eye rattling subwoofer bass from the ANCs

Finds the side control features fascinating as well as the noise cancelling. Would recommend keeping in its case it comes in — I have my own which the skin has started peeling a bit because I didn’t take extra good care of them but that’s on me. Still going strong for 2 years!!

I compared these to the Bose 700s and for me, these win all day, every day. Yes they are expensive hence why the best buy credit card came in handy. I have always been a Bose kinda girl and never even tried Sony. EVER! I am not even a fan of the look but I am taking continuing education at the college and I like to study in the campus center and that place is so loud. The students are always yelling and while the amount of people help me stay focused the noise does not. These headphones are amazing they knock out all the noise. The really fun part is when you go to talk the music stops and you can hear the other people without having to remove them

Great sound quality and they are super comfortable. Noise cancelling is great but would be better if the transparency mode was a little better sound can be a little muffled and hard to hear compared to AirPods Max or standard Air Pods Transparency modes.

Good headphones, slightly cheap feeling

Touch controls aren't exactly my favorite but these headphones make up for it everywhere else. Only real complaint is the headband feels a lot cheaper than the older WH-1000XM3s, instead of soft touch plastic it's a really awful feeling scratchy kind. Not encouraging at nearly $300

Wanted to love them

I’ve had my Bose QC35-II headphones for a few years and looking for better sound quality and audio during phone calls. I will say that with the EQ settings available, the sound quality was much better than my Bose. However, I had lots of connectivity issues with my iPhone 11 Pro and my latest generation iPad Pro. It would frequently stop working in the middle of movies or music and would have to resync them. If that was all, I probably could have lived with it as I’m sure they will fix some of those issues in firmware. But, the call quality just wasn’t there. I always sounded hollow/electronic to the people I was speaking with. Maybe this will also be fixed in a firmware upgrade, but at $349 that’s just too much to hope that they fix it. I really like the look, sound quality and features of the Sony’s, but do r now I’ll head back to Bose for their updated version and hope that someday the Sony’s can get their firmware better.

I have owned the XM2, XM3 and now the XM4. yes they are pricey but i happen to buy mine when they were on sale. these fit perfectly around my head and ears and now they offer synching between 2 devices. if you buy these you will not be disappointed
