Best-in-class ANC

The ANC is the best in the world really - helps so much with my life in the center of a big city. The sound quality is also superb. The only downside is that I cannot really sleep with it on my head, because if i turn to the right side when laying down, the control panel will be activated.

Very comfortable, easy setup and app has great useful features. On ear feel is amazing as well, the sound quality will blow you away. I just wish apps like Apple Music and Spotify would incorporate 360 sound for the full XM4 experience. Definitely recommend!

I work in a factory where we can listen to music and these headphones are always on me and they help so that I don’t have to hear all the loud noise around me with the noise cancelling mode. Great product!! My brother put me onto these headphones:)

USB-C charging so I can use the same charger as my other more modern devices. Built in Microphone with Filtering for great call clarity. Awesome battery life, even with the ANC active.

Good but not great; I'd pick the Bose NR 700s

At least in my experience, the Bose 700s were the better choice when compared to these and even the AirPods Max. These improve the XM3 that came before them, but still have lesser call quality issues when using on Zoom/WebEx and the sound is a bit too boomy when compared to more accurate headphones that are priced similarly.

While we are glad you like the great sound quality and long-lasting battery life of these headphones, we are sorry if you feel uncomfortable wearing these headphones. The WH1000XM4 has a self-adjusting headband and soft cushioned earcups that cover the whole ear. You may try adjusting the headband slider so that they cover your ears. This will help give you more personalized comfort. Having unusually dry skin can store static electricity in humans. A large amount of static electricity in the body and having contact with electrical devices at the same time can cause stress on the device and/or on your body. You can avoid this from happening by wearing clothing of natural materials that can't store static electricity. For the call quality, these can be improved by updating its firmware to the latest version (2.0.7). The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Great to Use During Air Travel

My last pair of wireless where okay as long as you werent moving around, These Sony's are unbelievable in sound quality and Noise Cancelling. I have yet to run the battery down.
