Nice headphones, a little heavy compared to BoseQC

To improve the responsiveness, make sure you are using the flat part of your finger to tap and swipe, and not just the fingertip. For the buttons, please ensure you are giving them a firm, deliberate press. If the issue continues, a quick reset of the headphones often resolves minor glitches. You can find instructions on how to do this in the Sony Headphones Connect app or our online help guide.

Great head phones

Over all great choice I would chose this over apple air max.

Needs more bass

The over all sound doesn't have enough impact. Needs more bass to provide a fuller sound. I adjusted the EQ as much as possible to achieve the sound I was looking for, but just couldn't get there. My XB900N headphones have spoiled me. Sony, please bring back the XB900N rather than the current XB910N.

They are the best sound you can get for headphones that have all of the mobile friendly features that these have (Bluetooth, noise cancel, airplane adapter, mobile app with eq adjustments, multi device connections, nice travel case, wired & wireless). If you strictly want the best audiophile headphones you won’t find all of these features. With these features though, these are the best sound quality cans you can get. Maybe not out of the box, but with eq adjustments you can fine tune in the mobile app. You will NOT be disappointed by these. - budget audiophile hobbyist who uses these for best sound quality while on the go.

SOny did not dissapoinrt. Great sound quality. Exceptional noise canceling. An all arount great performer. Very comfortable, but I still give Bose the slight egde in the arean of long-term comfort.

These were perfect! The app allows you to adjust ambient sound or switch to noise cancelling and the sound is so crisp! If you’re wearing them and walking around, it will automatically switch you to ambient so you can hear your surroundings. I am in loveeeee with the matte color too and for a fraction of the price of AirPod Max’s!

Very Crisp Sound Quality

I’d say these aren’t for heavy gym users. The band is pretty will and it’ll fall when laying down in my experience

Hands down my favorite pair of headphones

I also some beats solo and studio headphones and these are far superior compared to beats. This thing has one of the best Active noise canceling in any headphones out there. Even though they are expensive they go on sale quite often and there are plenty of good opportunities to buy them in a good deal. One thing I did find that has gone down compared to the previous models is the unboxing experience, and how it feels. The older model felt premium, the cups had some texture and look unique. The complete smooth plastic feel is something I don’t like too much. That aside this is still a great buy and would recommend anyone looking amazing noise canceling headphones.

Not a keeper for me

Was using AirPods Pro which work very well but sometimes bugs my ears. Back to the Sony headphones… Sound is pretty good, not great. Seems to have some crackle at times. Could be the Bluetooth connection which is also why I’m returning them. They have a really hard time staying connected to our LG OLED C2 which hasn’t been a problem for the AirPods or other buds. Too frustrating. Purchased Bose QC Ultras to try instead. Much more money of course but way better sound and no more connection problems.

Best headphones I've used

The audio quality out of the box is crazy good and I only had to tweak the EQ a tiny bit to get the bass exactly where I wanted it. The muffs do get a little hot after a while and can make my ears sweaty but I usually don't end up using them that long except on flights.

Sounds great, some quirky features

They do shut off when you lay down if the automatic shut off is activated. Simple fix but kind of a weird feature. The blue LED light blink randomly. Unsure how to stop that from happening.
