I personally find this better than the XM5s. These are my go-tos for everything, everywhere. Workout, travel, at home.

I do think the app is solid and useful for my use of these headphones. - My headphones firmware updated automatically -be patient, process took several minutes. Initial impression; very comfortable, really good noise canceling and sound quality. - Voice clarity on both ends is outstanding. - Easily connected two iPhones, my experience switching between them was seamless. - Used ear profile in-app feature to analyze my ear shape for 360 Reality Audio setup.

Sony is solid for audio

Best headphones I've ever used

I initially bought them to help me study and it boosts my focus like no other. I use them daily to listen to music and the quality is unlike any other earbuds or headphones I've used before. I love the functionality of the touch panel. It's been about 2.5 years of use and it's held up great, with frequent cleaning in between. I highly recommend these headphones.

Best I’ve ever had. I have 2 that are both broken.

Sony, I would pay double if your headphones didn’t break. that’s what happened because I just bought another pair In april. They are already broken again. Your headphones should tolerate a varieties a charging voltages. The charger you provide is a joke. To anyone considering buying these keep your receipt for the love of God do not charge the device with any other cord but the one provided. Non-Apple lightning cords won’t destroy your iPhone. What’s your excuse Sony

Finding The One

These are the best ones to purchase because of the research I did for the best recommended ones in the market after my last two attempts at finding “the one” mind you, I’m not an electronics person but I was looking to become physically healthy again and needed to find the right tools that will help me make it fun.

BEST HEADPHONE!!! if you dont mind the size

This headphones are amazing I cant describe how good they sound. Noise cancellation is amazing. Overall it is amazing if you do not mind the size. I ended up returning them since it was not compatible with windows 10. I was able to connect it and it works as a "output" so you can listen to music but you can't use the microphone if you connect it to windows 10, so unfortunately I couldn't use it for gaming on my PC. Otherwise it is a crazy headphone. I would say the noise cancellation is a little better than airpod pro's. Probably about 10%, but this thing is huge.

One of the best noise canceling headphones out!

One thing to note: outside of the Sony headphones app, you can also adjust the settings in your actual phones settings. Took a minute to figure out, but it makes a huge difference when you learn how to do that as well.

Brought Tears to his eyes

As I was in the kitchen prepping Christmas dinner, he comes in bawling. I thought something was wrong. I held him and asked him what was wrong. Through tears he said "I can hear evey sound. These are amazing headphones. Thank you so much mom." And the tears continued to flow. He was more than happy with his gift. I'm extremely happy that I got them on Black Friday because I thought about getting some for myself today for my birthday. Um....nope. But they sound fantastic!!!
