Kind of expensive, but the sound really delivers, especially if you use a 360 app. The buttonless feature takes a little time to get used to, but once you get it, its easy enough.

Replacing MS surface headphones

Both can connect to 2 devices at a time. I also loved the physical volume knob on the MS headphones. The MS headphones headband snapped due to being made of only plastic; also they cannot handle bass like these. These sound great and can handle bass. I’m careful with headphones but I’ve dropped them multiple times on a wood floor and they are good. They lose connection but it’s rare. Recommended

I initially bought them to help me study and it boosts my focus like no other. I use them daily to listen to music and the quality is unlike any other earbuds or headphones I've used before. I love the functionality of the touch panel. It's been about 2.5 years of use and it's held up great, with frequent cleaning in between. I highly recommend these headphones.

First thing to say the UltraHD music on Amazon Music Unlimited paired with these headphones is lit combo. I was able to differentiate between the HD song and UltraHD song. Moreover the 360 Audio was good but in my personal preference, I vote for HiRes rather than 360 Audio. Further, coming to noise cancellation, it was pretty good, it blocks most of the sounds, but some times I can listen to engine sounds, its very few times. Overall the best Headphones I have ever purchased. I highly recommend for daily use

Sony, I would pay double if your headphones didn’t break. that’s what happened because I just bought another pair In april. They are already broken again. Your headphones should tolerate a varieties a charging voltages. The charger you provide is a joke. To anyone considering buying these keep your receipt for the love of God do not charge the device with any other cord but the one provided. Non-Apple lightning cords won’t destroy your iPhone. What’s your excuse Sony

Very good with one exception

Works great with all my devices EXCEPT my android phone (Samsung Galaxy S10+). I can hear well with it but the microphone doesn’t work with the phone, so have to hold it up to use phone mic. But decided to keep it because it is otherwise great,

Good but not great

The noise cacnellation is good, yet the software could be better. While using on an airplane recently I could still hear the rumble/mumble of voice in the background, even though I checked all the settings and they were as they should have been. Like I said good, just not great.

Make sure to update the software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance. We appreciate your feedback regarding the noise cancellation of this XM4. The noise canceling function works primarily on noise in the low frequency band. Although noise is reduced, it is not completely canceled. Adjust the earpad position to fit your ears. In additional to checking all the settings, check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient.
