Hi JoshuaN, thanks for choosing and purchasing our product. We're sorry to hear that you have an issue with the Bluetooth while charging. When the headset is connected to an AC outlet or computer, all operations such as turning on the headset, registering or connecting to Bluetooth devices, and music playback cannot be performed. And to ensure a comfortable fit and to use the unit for longer periods, please adjust the left and right slider. This unit also has super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads foamed urethane that evenly distributes pressure.
