Needed noise canceling headphones for college and so far they’ve been great. Sometimes I can’t even hear people walk up behind me. I also like the ability to adjust the noise cancellation based on my surroundings so I don’t have to worry about being dangerously unaware of my environment. Takes a moment for the sound to connect to headphones but only a moment. 10/10 would recommend.

Have been using for 2 months now and they are a joy to use. Great sound quality and superior noise canceling technology (far better than any others under $300). Any features you don’t like can be easily adjusted through the phone app - eg. Ambient sound control, pausing when talking etc. and you can create different modes depending on what you’re doing - working out vs. when you’re at the office expecting to chat to people

The Sony XM4 headphones simply have the best noise-cancellation on the market. It's a great pair of headphones for students who easily get distracted by noisy environments. My only complaint is that Sony needs to improve on it's pairing of multiple devices with the headphones. When I am connected to my phone and laptop simultaneously, there is an occasional dinging noise. I still have no idea why, but if you disconnect from your phone, the dinging will stop.

We're glad that you like the noise canceling function of the headphones. It's unfortunate that you are hearing a noise when using the multipoint function. This isn't normally the case with these headphones. Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). Resetting and initializing the headset may also help resolve the issue:
