A big differnce from the other headphones that's start with the Letter B is that whenever you remove these headphones from your ears...... the music or video you're watching STOPS!!!! I just thinks that's a cool feature. And they're very comfortable to wear! Takes the C charger and chargers up very fast!

Build is the same, battery life is excellent. The ability to pair 2 sources is a very welcomed addition.

Earpieces become hot too quickly, even in cool weather. 2) Active noise cancellation (ACN): Very good. 3) Sound quality: Underwhelming sound quality if EQ within Sony app is not used. If EQ and app are used, sound quality improves to Good. Does not support AptX L, plus LDAC cannot be used if multipoint connection is selected. 4) Bluetooth connectivity: Multipoint function very poorly implemented - just doesn't work consistently. Otherwise stable bluetooth connectivity. 5) Controls: Touch pad works surprisingly well, BUT needs more than 1 programmable button - only allows choice of summoning Voice Assistant or control over ANC level Need both.

To improve the responsiveness, make sure you are using the flat part of your finger to tap and swipe, and not just the fingertip. For the buttons, please ensure you are giving them a firm, deliberate press. If the issue continues, a quick reset of the headphones often resolves minor glitches.
