Hi Wills, while we are glad to hear that you are happy with the comfort and sound quality of your WH1000XM4, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with its bluetooth connection feature. Once a device and the headset are paired, there is no need to pair them again. Connect to devices already paired with the headset using the methods necessary for each device.

For this, if you are pairing the headphones to your TV, please turn off the Bluetooth connection of your mobile device.

As it turns out, the headphones aren't quite designed for sports. To prevent the unit from falling, adjusting the headband and the earpads properly can help for a firmer hold and better noise canceling experience.

We appreciate your review of the headphones. Good to know that you like its sound quality and the dedicated app support (Sony Headphones Connect app). Make sure to update the software version of the headphones (via the Sony app) for optimum performance.

The noise canceling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Check that the Adaptive Sound Control is turned off. Check the setting of the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. When the Adaptive Sound Control is turned on, the noise canceling function may become insufficient.
